1. Safety first: Before operating the injection molding machine, familiarize yourself with the safety procedures and user manual of the machine. Wear appropriate work clothes and personal protective equipment to ensure your own and others' safety during the operation.

2. Machine startup: Check if the injection molding machine’s power and water supply are normal. Turn on the machine’s power switch and ensure the environment around the machine is clean, quiet, and tidy.

3. Material feeding and melting: Put the processing material into the material barrel, turn on the feeding system, and adjust it according to the material type and requirements for the desired product. Feed the processed material into the dual color injection molding machine's feeder, and turn on the melting heater to melt the material in the barrel and nozzle.

4. Parameter settings: Set the injection molding machine’s temperature, pressure, speed, time, and other parameters according to the material type, quantity, and production requirements.

5. Mold installation: Install the corresponding mold on the mixed color injection molding machine according to the product to be manufactured, and adjust the position and angle of the mold to obtain the desired product size.

6. Injection molding: Press the start button on the injection molding machine to start the molding process. During the process, monitor the paint bucket injection molding machine's various parameters, adjust and handle any abnormal situations in a timely manner to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

7. Stop injection molding: When production reaches the set quantity or other requirements, stop the servo injection molding machine's operation, clean and maintain the machine and mold, store or send the finished products.
