The HGB series weighing-type mixing and coloring machine is suitable for situations where multiple raw materials need to be measured and mixed in weight proportion in plastic injection, extrusion, or hollow molding process.
The controller of this series of products uses the Austrian B&R control system and adopts an adaptive algorithm, which can automatically calibrate during the first startup to ensure accuracy and ease of operation.
The series uses a high-precision AD conversion module, which allows the mixing ratio error of each batch to be controlled within ±0.1% to 0.5% (depending on the set ratio proportion).
The appropriate machine model can be chosen according to the number of materials to be processed and the hourly usage, with hourly processing capacity ranging from 40 to over 4000 kilograms.

NOTE:
● The mixing ratio error is the difference between the setting percentage and the actual percentage;
● The knife metering valve is suitable for the proportion of 5% and above, the mixing ratio error can be controlled in ±0.3-0.5%;
● Screw or micro-meter suitable for 5% to 0.5% ratio, mixing ratio error can be controlled in ±0.2%;
● The maximum throughput and the mixing ratio error data are based on the continuous density of 0.8 kg/L and the diameter of 3-4 mm. The maximum output will vary according to the number and proportion of the metering group;
